Transform Ventures has partnered with a new holding company to expedite investment and innovation in blockchain technology. The newly-formed entity, called Alpha Transform Holdings (ATH), has set its sights on bolstering the blockchain ecosystem by utilizing two new investment funds. ATH was established by merging key assets from Transform Ventures and the parent company of Alpha Sigma Capital. The two funds combined represent $100 million in assets under management.
