As part of an investigation into Sam BankmanFried, the founder of FTX, and his inner circle, former FTX engineering director Nishad Singh has consented to admit guilt to the criminal accusations that have been made against him

Authorities claim that BankmanFried stole billions of dollars in FTX customer deposits to cover losses at his hedge fund, Alameda Research, and lied to lenders and investors about the state of his companies' finances. He was charged with fraud and conspiracy in December.

Singh entered a guilty plea after two of Bankman-closest Fried's associates, Gary Wang and Caroline Ellison, did so in December, according to Reuters.
