Inside Crypto has been threatened with a defamation law suit by Probit’s co-founder, Ilsoon Han.

We call Probit’s bluff and offer to pay their legals, accommodation and airfaires to come and sue us!

Inside Crypto ran a story regarding Mr Ilsoon Han’s video call to NuGenesis and their Estonian lawyers. Essentially, Mr illsoon Han was plainly trying to “cry poor”, conveying that the financially strapped operation in Estonia wasn’t worth suing.

Our article is part of a series of articles regarding Probits’ fee fraud and the litigation brought by NuGenesis against Probit, including the attempted destruction of evidence by Probit:

When Probit Estonia lost its exchange licence in Estonia, it incorporated another Probit company in Seychelles to jointly run the Probit exchange business. Their contract with NuGenesis was with both Probit companies operating jointly. Their fraud was a joint one, by both companies.

Mr Illsoon Han’s scam, is to falsify history and pretend that the original Probit company that operated the exchange was somehow only a marketing company for the Seychelles entity that didn’t exist until a few years later. That is, we are supposed to assume that time moves backward. Why try this lie? Han’s scam is that because Probit will lose in Estonia, that wont help NuGenesis because the assets – ie the exchange is in Seychelles. We don’t suggest it is a good scam or well thought out. It appears a desperate invention made up on the run. Mr Han forgets to read his own documents – that is a joint fraud by both Probit entities!

In an egregiously clumsy email to NuGenesis’ Estonian lawyers, 24 August 2022, Probit’s Ilsoon Han, claims:

1. The video call was “confidential” [sic] “settlement negotiation”

2. He demands NuGenesis [sic] “cease and desist” publications;

3. He would bring civil suit against NuGenesis [sic] for defamation;

4. He would sue or complain about the NuGenesis’ lawyers for suggesting that individuals can be criminally liable for a company’s conduct

So much chest beating machismo. If only it made any sense. Let’s unpack this:

1. Mr Han did not identify the video meeting as ‘without prejudice’. Nor could it be a settlement negotiation when he does not have the authority, as he claims, to represent the Seychelles Probit company. Therefore, NuGenesis is free to send us the video.

2. NuGenesis does not write the articles. Inside Crypto does.

3. NuGenesis could not ‘defame’ him, only Inside Crypto who published the article, could.

4. Mr Han claims suggesting that an individual can be criminally liable for the actions of a company “that would most likely be protected under any business judgement rule. I assume this is a clear violation of the ethical standard of Estonia's legal profession governing body.”

According to Mr Han, when Probit personnel defraud someone, they are not liable. They have immunity from the law, apparently. Han makes up a so called “business judgement rule” that exists only in his delusions. He then goes on to tell the lawyer that is a ‘clear’ violation of Estonia’s professional rules for a lawyer to suggest otherwise.

Ilsoon Han is the best evidence of the Probit criminal syndicate at work. He believes employees, officers and agents are immune from their criminal acts. That is, Probit can steal client funds without recourse. He wont bother to read his own contracts where the two Probit companies are operating jointly. He simply invents a story where time travels backward.

At the same, since the publication of our stories, Probit is changing personnel. Probit’s Jake Lee, who claimed in the correspondence to be the boss and who attempted to destroy the evidence, has changed his Linkin Profile. Now he was never part of Probit? Esmond Hwee is now presented as the CEO. Esmond is fabricating a new story, again not bothering to check the correspondence. This is behaviour of clowns who continue to have control over their clients’ assets?

Inside Crypto have written to Mr Ilsoon Han, in response to his delusional threats as follows:

Inside Crypto will continue to publish verified news concerning the activities of Probit and the people who created it, control it and benefit from its activities.

A series of articles are scheduled for publication.

We welcome Mr Ilsoon Han ( or any other of the Probit personal who are changing, along with their stories, on the run), to sue us here in Lebanon.

Indeed, we offer to pay for the airfares and accommodation of Probit personnel who come to Lebanon for the litigation. We are happy to even subsidised their legal fees, so that they swear, on oath, whatever version of their ever-changing story they wish.

Probit personnels’ stay in Lebanon may be longer than they may expect should they be arrested for perjury and/or fraud.
