According to Vitalik Buterin, the Ethereum (ETH) user
experience (UX) has to be much improved, especially with relation to
transaction inclusion.
In a recent blog post, the developer of Ethereum makes the
case that "simple and sturdy" UIs are preferable than "fancy and
attractive" ones.
"The "worst" case scenario—rather than the
"average" one—is what matters when it comes to user happiness. A UI
that exposes more nitty-gritty information to the user but makes it simpler to
understand what's happening and remedy issues when they arise is better to one
that does so but makes it harder to understand what's happening and solve
issues when they do.
According to Buterin, high transaction costs and bad user
experience motivate Etherium users to seek about the problems.
