Dapper Labs, an NFT studio, has announced that it is no longer able to offer Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing due to the removal of this functionality by its payments partner, Circle. This change is said to be linked to the financial difficulties and regulatory scrutiny faced by Silvergate Bank, which was previously a popular banking option for crypto-related businesses. Many of Silvergate's clients, including Coinbase, Circle, Paxos, and Crypto.com, have recently stopped using its ACH services. Dapper will continue to support withdrawals via wire transfer and USDC, with a reduced fee of $9. Circle has stated that it is working to transition to other banking partners and ensure alternative payment options for its customers.
