News servers on AWS hacked and brought down
Within minutes of the Bitboy tweet, the AWS server hosting not only Inside Crypto but another 3 crypto news sites following the Friedberg story, went down.
Why does Friedberg and those above him, want to supress the story? Who will gain from the silence? The forces at work are all detailed in the story.
As Bitboy Ben Armstrong promised, the evidence has been rolling out, dropping from various sources.
Yesterday, NuGenesis dropped on its You tube channel, a video of a zoom call with Dan Friedberg where he:
1. Admitted the counterfeiting of crypto on FTX exchange, Liquid;
2. Extorted NuGenesis to accept the bribe to shut up about it (“the carrot”); and,
Extorted NuGenesis to suggest that is was Faraj who would go to jail for Friedberg’s counterfeit (sic?).
Friedberg comes across as distasteful, evil, degenerate with the smugness of entitlement hubris. He is deluded by those daring to reproach his callous disregard of anyone else’s interests.
Also dropped on the NuGenesis Youtube channel yesterday was a meme video, “sorry I got caught” which contains screen shots of the settlement negotiations. The correspondence screen shots reveal the submissions NuGenesis was making to the SEC, Senator Warren, the Singaporean regulator and DOJ fraud prosecutors.
In an email from Friedberg August 6 2022, to NuGenesis and their litigation funders, Friedberg commits Alameda to arbitration promising “we are hopeful that this process will result in a satisfactory solution for all concerned”. After NuGenesis Tested the waters, demanding more and more compensation as the losses revealed themselves. With a pay-out Value of over $40 million being negotiated.
So why didn’t NuGenesis accept the $40m bribe? How much was Alameda Willing to Pay? Surely, when a project is brought to its knees, that is enough money to rebuild?
NuGenesis CEO, Huss Faraj replied:
“Just because a systematically designed construct is common practice, doesn’t make it right to accept. What kind of people would we be, if we even took a dollar after we discovered the crime?
We wanted compensation for our community, but when we discovered the fraud, there was no price we could accept.
We decided to gather the evidence the world needed. We bought time to continue building the infrastructure needed to have hard proof of the crime. Our network is about decentralised ledgering Autonomous systems. We wanted to be successful through results with integrity that could endure.
We couldn’t be part of a Ponzi strategy, Market Manipulation, False volume trading, price manipulations and future defrauding NuCoin holders.
We need to build trust and integrity to work with all other projects.
Whilst most of the projects in this space will collapse, we call everyone who wants to work with us to integrate into this this new web3/5 internet, so that collaboration, regardless of the protocol upon which it was invented, can create the synergies we need to evolve humanity through tech leaving behind the system of Price manipulation, White washing, Liquidity extortion and centralised counterfeit control”
